​We can take care of all your MOTs and repairs for cars, light commericals and motorhomes.

If your vehicle is 3 years or older it is required by law to have an MOT test every 12 months to ensure

a roadworthy condition. If your vehicle should fail its MOT we can take care of all of the repairs that

are necessary or required for your vehicle to achieve a full MOT certificate.



SERVICING

We service and maintain any make or model, diesel and petrol, to the manufacturers specification using only quality parts and oils to ensure no manufacturer's warranty is made invalid. During the service we will detect any wear or tear in areas that have not yet shown any symptoms to the driver or owner of a vehicle.  In many cases servicing and inspections have detected problems that could lead to failure or extensive damage at a later date.

TIMING BELT / CAM BELT

A synthetic rubber timing belt, which is reinforced with fibre cords keeps everything in the engine in sync. When the engine is on, it's in constant, timed motion and keeps the connection between the crankshaft and camshaft. So why is this important? The crankshaft converts linear energy from the pistons, which move up and down, into rotational energy that eventually turns the wheels. The camshaft opens and closes the engine's valves to allow air and gas in and out of the engine. The timing belt links the two in harmony. Without it, the pistons and valves would collide. This could be an expensive repair with the cost of replacing the belt at the recommended manufacturers mileage or time a fraction of the cost.
